In
designing our web-site and relaunching AutoIntegrity, we hired
an expert advisor to make sure we were doing the justice to
our rapidly growing business and that we were presenting ourselves
in the best way we could. We wanted everyone to easily understand
what we were about and how we can add value to their business.
We found it very easy to explain our products and services,
how they work and why they are great. But when we were asked
to explain to people what we believe and why people should
do business with us, I must admit we found this task easier
said than done. |
We
looked at many mission statements, corporate values and business
philosophies and could not find anything that we liked. Nothing
that we saw matched the way that we do business.
How do you explain that you do whatever it takes
to satisfy your clients’ needs? How do explain to people your
passion for designing simple and efficient business process solutions?
How do you put into words your commitment to being available for
your clients when they need you the most? And how can you explain
the process of working together with your client to create a better
future for them?
Instead we chose this open letter format as a more appropriate way
to engage you on a person to person level.
During
the last 5 years, we have built a very successful high technology
business. We have done so by understanding that although software
design, programming, hardware and software are our tools of trade,
we are in fact a ‘soft technology’ company.
We are a people business.
We identify peoples needs for better business outcomes, we design
systems to make people’s work easier and we understand that
technology is simply a tool that people use on a daily basis.
It is this ‘people first’ approach that has given us our
success and made us the fastest growing company in our field.
Every
company will promise you the world, and others like Microsoft
want to change the world. Most do so by trying to be everything
to everybody.
We on the other hand have just one simple goal. We want
to change your world.
We want to make your business processes more efficient.
We want to simplify the systems you use. We want
to save you time and money. We want to understand your needs and
expectations and then deliver them superbly.
Our area of specialisation is Motor Vehicle Claims Management
& Assessing. Although some of the systems we have designed
are also applicable to other business and we have clients in other
markets, we purposefully maintain a narrow specialisation focus
so that we can serve you better.
Apart
from our people focus and our specialisation there are two other
principles we apply to our business, which you will see is the
also focus of our branding.
Simplicity and Efficiency.
Simplicity is the key to ease of use, minimal
training requirements, transferability of knowledge, resource
multi-skilling, customisation for your unique requirements and
integration with your business processes. Whilst we always develop
and implement some very complex technology solutions our primary
design principle is always Simplicity.
Efficiency is the key to doing more with less,
decreasing business expenses, reducing process times, enhancing
customer service and better business practices.
