An independent assessor was looking for a smarter way to work so that he was not having to work back in the office every evening to complete all of the paper work resulting from a days work of visits to repairers conducting on-site inspections.
While not being technologically savvy he understood the benefits of technology and that there must be a better way to manage his business.

This assessor wanted to maximise the time he spent on the chargeable aspects of his expertise and less on the paperwork required to deliver the reporting and ancillary activities associated with best practice assessing services.

AI Assessing-Mobile allowed the assessor to be truly mobile in his operations. His office transformed from a business reliant on paper for it process to one which provided extreme efficiency in a paperless environment.

All documents and images were stored and accessed electronically meaning he could operate from any location where there was internet connectivity.

He was able to access all the files on his office computer remotely, receive emails, appointments and communications on his notebook computer in the same was as if he were sitting at desk in his office.
